RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

we hope you will be satisfied with your order. However, if you wish to return or exchange you items, you can send us a request within 3 DAYS from the date of purchase/ delivery.

Return/ Exchange requests must meet the below requirments:

Your request period will expire after 3 days from the date of delivery. 

Proof of purchase must be provided via order/ invoice number.

Return/ Exchange products should be unused and returned with all tags and labels INTACT IN THEIR PACKAGING TO ENSURE IT REACHES US IN GOOD CONDITION.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SORELLE HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCEPTING RETURNED ITEMS IF USED AND IF WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING CONDITION.
